【摘要】 目的:探讨高龄对孕产妇围生期结局的影响。方法:选择我院住院分娩的高龄孕产妇192例,对其合并症、并发症以及围生期结局进行分析,并以200例正常年轻孕妇作为对照。结果:高龄孕产妇的妊娠期、分娩期并发症发生率均高于对照组(P<0.01)。围生儿结局中新生儿出生体重及双顶径均低于正常对照组。结论:做好高龄孕产妇围生期保健工作,对防治其合并症、并发症和降低围生儿不良结局具有十分重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the influences of age on perinatal outcome. Methods:192 cases of older puerperants were studied as an experimental group, 200 normal puerperants as a control group;analyze the associated and postoperative complications, and perinatal outcomes in the experimental group.Results: The rates of medical and obstetric complications were higher in the experimental group than in control group(P<0.01); both neonatal weight and biparietal diameter(BPD)were lower in the experimental group.Conclusion:Perinatal care for the older puerperants is vital for preventing complications and lessening adverse perinatal outcomes.更多还原
