【摘要】 目的:评价多层螺旋CT对急性胰腺炎的诊断价值。方法:对经临床和手术明确诊断,经多层螺旋CT检查的68例急性胰腺炎病例进行回顾性分析、评价。结果:68例中CT诊断为急性水肿型胰腺炎48例,急性坏死型胰腺炎20例,其中3例经手术证实,65例经临床、实验室及腹腔穿刺证实。结论:多层螺旋CT是诊断急性胰腺炎的简便、有效的方法,特别是增强扫描对鉴别急性胰腺炎的病变类型具有很高的敏感性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the value of Multi-slice Spiral CT in diagnosis of acute pancreatitis. Methods:To evaluate 68 cases with acute pancreatitis diagnosised by operation,clinical symptoms and inspected by CT.Results: In these 68 cases, 48 cases were diagnosised acute edema-type pancreatitis and 20 cases were diagnosised acute necrosis-type pancreatitis by CT, and in which 3 cases were proved by operation and 65 cases were proved by clinical symptoms, laboratory tests and abdomen puncture.Conclusion: Multi-slice Spiral CT is an easy and effective way in diagnosis of acute pancreatitis.Especially, the enhancement scanning has high sensitivity in identifying types of acute pancreatitis.更多还原
