【摘要】 目的:建立马来酸氯苯那敏含量测定的方法。方法:用HPLC法测定马来酸氯苯那敏的含量,用C18柱以乙腈-水(75∶25)为流动相进行含量测定。结果:马来酸氯苯那敏在0.00808～0.40400mg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=1.0000)。结论:该方法准确、灵敏、重现性好,可以用该方法来检测马来酸氯苯那敏的限度,控制其成品的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the content determination method for chlorpheniramine by HPLC.Methods:The C18 column was used,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(75∶25) .Results:There was a good linearity in the range of 0.008 08 ～0.404 00 mg/ml(r=1.000 0) .Conclusion:This method is acurate,sensitive and has good reproducibility.It can be used for the quality control of the product.更多还原
