【摘要】 目的:观察洛伐他汀对肺癌细胞体外增殖的抑制作用。方法:采用MTT法,观察不同浓度的洛伐他汀分别作用24、48、72h对3种人肺癌细胞(A549,NCL-H460,PGCL3)生长增殖的影响。结果:洛伐他汀用药24、48、72h对3种肺癌细胞的生长增殖均有不同程度的抑制作用。洛伐他汀作用72h对3种肺癌细胞株(A549,NCL-H460,PGCL3)的IC50分别是39.6、28.3、35.6μmol/L。结论:洛伐他汀能有效抑制肺癌细胞的体外增殖,并且呈时间依赖性和浓度依赖性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the inhibition effect of lovastatin on proliferation of three kinds of lung cancer cell lines in vitro.Methods:After treatment of lung cancer cell lines(A549,NCL-H460 and PGCL3) with various concentration lovastatin for 24,48,and 72 hours,the proliferation capacity of cells was observed by MTT.Results:After treated with lovastatin,the proliferation of these lung cancer cell lines were inhibited differently.The IC50 treated after 72 h of A549,NCL-H460,PGCL3 was 39.6、28.3、35.6 μmol/L.Conclusion:Lovastatin could inhibit the proliferation of lung cancer cells effectively in a time-and dose-dependent manner.更多还原
