【摘要】 目的:探讨不稳定骨盆骨折的护理对策。方法:回顾性分析2003年1月～2006年12月收治的33例不稳定骨盆骨折患者的临床救治和护理过程。结果:33例不稳定骨盆骨折患者中除1例因多器官功能衰竭死亡外,其余28例治愈,4例好转后要求出院。结论:及时观察病情并采取有效的护理措施,是有效防止并发症,提高疗效的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the countermeasure of unstable pelvic fracture. Methods:The review analysis from 33 patients with unstable pelvic fracture in clinical treat and cureand to nurse process from January 2004 to August 2007. Results:In 33 cases of unstable pelvisc fracture,1 case failure death because Multiple System Organ Failure,other 28 cases were cured, 4 cases were improved and request to leave the hospital. Conclusion:To observe the patient′s condition in time and adopt effective nursing measures,it’s a key to prevent the complication effectivily and improve the curative effect.更多还原
