【摘要】 目的:探讨慢性肛裂更简单而有效的治疗方法。方法:将120例患者按数字随机法分为两组,治疗组60例采用复方美蓝封闭配合内括约肌挑出侧切术治疗,对照组60例采用传统方法切除肛裂配合内括约肌松解术治疗。结果:120例病人均一次性治愈。但在术后并发症、创口愈合时间、麻醉方式等方面,治疗组明显优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:复方美蓝封闭配合内括约肌挑出侧切术治疗慢性肛裂具有操作简单、疼痛轻、出血少、愈合时间短等优点,能有效治疗慢性肛裂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the simpler and better therapy for chronic anal fissure.Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups: treatment group(n=60) was operated with compound methylene blue blocking combined with picking out & incision and part excision of internal sphincter and contro group(n=60) was given traditional method of incision combined with lateral lysis of internal sphincter. Results: 120 cases were primarily cured.But the outcomes showed that the treatment group was all superior to the controlled group in postoperative complications,healing time of wounds,and anaesthesia;etc(P<0.05). Conclusion: Operation of treatment group has such advantages as simple operating,less pain,less blooding,shorter healing time,etc,thus will be the better procedure for chronic anal fissure.更多还原
