【摘要】 根据研究内容与医患会话的关系,将20世纪70年代以来国外的医患口头会话研究的文献分类为研究医患会话本身、社会文化因素与医患会话的关系、医患会话与就诊结果的关系三类,并对各类的主要论题进行了介绍。在此基础上,总结了当代国外医患会话研究的特点、优势和缺陷,并对未来的研究走向进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 A review is done of the research abroad on doctor-patient oral interaction since 1970s with its three major branches: the doctor-patient oral interaction,its relationship with socio-cultural factors,and its relationship with the results of medical interviews.Then the characteristics,the merits,and the weaknesses of the research are summarized,and the future trends are also proposed.更多还原
