锰、牛磺酸与细胞凋亡
Manganese,Taurine and Apoptosis
【摘要】 锰作为人体一种条件必需微量元素,过量的被人体摄入会带来机体的损害。目前,锰的神经毒作用机制尚未完全明了,也未找出理想的锰神经毒性干预因子。牛磺酸是人体内有重要生理功能的游离氨基酸,在正常生理情况下,在脑组织的高浓度分布与锰中毒情况下锰在脑组织含量的高浓度部位极其吻合,牛磺酸的营养功能能否对抗锰的神经毒性、营养干预能否抑制或者对抗锰的神经毒性作用迄今未见有资料报道。本文从细胞凋亡方面对锰、牛磺酸对其影响予以综述。
【Abstract】 As a conditional essential trace element,Overdose manganese can damage human body.At present neurotoxic mechanism of manganese isn’t completely clear,and the ideal interventional factor hasn’t been found.Taurine is a free aminoacid having important physiologic function,there are coincidence between concentration profile of taurine in normal brain and concentration profile of manganese in manganism brain.Whether trophic function of taurine can antagonize neurotoxicity of manganese and whether the nutrition intervention can inhibit or against the neurotoxicity of manganese hasn’t been shown.This article reviews the effect of manganese and taurine from the view of apoptosis.
