【摘要】 目的探讨内支架治疗食管恶性狭窄的临床疗效及其并发症的处理方法。方法本组病例24例,食管癌20例、贲门癌4例,其中2例合并食管气管瘘。全部在X线监视下,经口腔置入内支架。结果本组病例内支架置入术成功率为100%。患者吞咽、进食功能均得以迅速改善。结论内支架治疗晚期食管恶性狭窄操作简便、安全、可靠,配合放疗、化疗能够提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical results of palliative treatment with metallic stent implantation for malignant esophageal strictures and management of its complications.Methods Twenty-four cases with domestic stents placement includes 20 cases of esophagus carcinoma,4 cases of cardiac carcinoma,2 cases with esophago bronchial fistula among them.All patients were treated by placing esophaged stent under fluoroscopic guidance.Results successful rate of stent placement was 100% in all patients.Dysphagia was rapidly improved.Conclusion Treating malignant esophageal strictures with domestic stent is simple,safe and effective.The quality of life can be improved in patients with radiation or the chemotherapy at the same time.更多还原
