浮肩损伤的相关问题
Rlative Prolem of Floating Shoulder Injuries
【摘要】 浮肩损伤(FSI)是一种罕见的肩部损伤,包括同侧锁骨和肩胛颈骨折。生物力学研究表明了喙肩韧带、喙锁韧带、肩锁韧带特别是喙肩韧带损伤对FSI稳定性的影响。目前认为FSI是继发于高能量暴力的一种以肩关节上部悬吊复合体双重损伤为病理基础,影响肩关节稳定性的一种严重的肩部损伤。对FSI的相关骨折特征和损伤机制还认识不足,缺乏大宗病例分析和治疗经验总结,有关其概念界定、稳定程度、治疗方法及术式选择还没有统一意见。
【Abstract】 The"floating shoulder injuries"(FSI) is a rare injury consisting of ipsilateral fractures of the clavicle and glenoid neck.Biomechanics study shows the coracoacromial ligament,coracoclavicular ligament and acromioclavicular ligament′s effect to the stability of FSI,especially the coracoacromial ligament.Now it is considered that FSI is one kind of severe shoulder′s injury which is following the high-energy violence with the double disruption of SSSC as the pathology basic and affecting the stability of shoulder joint.
