【摘要】 目的探讨学习困难(LD)儿童的脑电图变化特点。方法对108例LD学生(男89例,女19例)进行智力测定、脑电图检测及心理行为评估。同时选择72名正常学生作为对照。结果LD组和对照组学生的总智商和语言智商得分、脑电图异常发生率(43.5%和8.3%)、行为异常发生率(82.4%和11.1%)间差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脑电图异常表现具有多样性。结论LD儿童存在脑电图的异常,不同原因引起的LD可出现不同的临床脑电图变化;脑电图检查可为LD诊断提供诊断线索,应常规检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the change EEG characteristics of the children with learning difficulties(LD).Methods The intelligence,EEG detection,determination and assessment of psychological and behavioral in 108 children with LD were detected.Results The were significant differences in the abnormal EEG rate(43.5% vs 8.3%),abnormal rate of psychological and behavioral(82.4% vs 11.1%)between LD group and control group;EEG abnormalities were diversity.Conclusion Children with LD exists abnormal EEG,different causes of LD,there may be different clinical EEG changes;EEG examination for the diagnosis of LD clues,which should be procedure.更多还原
