牛磺酸对心血管系统保护作用研究进展
Progress in Research on Protection Mechanisms of Taurine on Cardiaovascular System
【摘要】 牛磺酸生物学作用广泛,具有修复血管内皮功能、抗脂质过氧化、减轻细胞钙超载、抑制血管平滑肌细胞增殖、抑制细胞凋亡、抗心肌纤维化等多种细胞保护效应,还能促进高脂血症动物模型的胆固醇代谢和排泌等,对防治多种心血管疾病及血管介入治疗后再狭窄具有积极意义。现主要就牛磺酸对心血管系统保护作用及其机制的研究进展进行综述。
【Abstract】 Taurine has a wide array of cell protective actions and shows significant protection on cardiovascular system.It can effectively repair endothelial dysfunction,represses oxidant stress,decrease calcium overload,suppress proliferation in vascular smooth muscle cell(VSMCs),inhibit the apoptosis of myocardial cells and protect against myocardial fibrosis.Moreover,taurine can enhance metabolism and eccrisis of cholesterol in hyperlipemia animal models.Though all of these mechanisms play important roles in progress of cardiovascular diseases,they might be benefit for vascular remodel after percutaneous transluminal angioplasty.This article reviewed the progress in research on protection mechanisms of taurine on cardiaovascular system.
