【摘要】 β-防御素是一种具有广谱抗菌活性的内源性抗生素肽,目前已发现其在许多器官组织的黏膜防御中有重要作用。β-防御素在黏膜上皮广泛表达,在黏膜抗感染防御机制中扮演重要角色,其功能失活或其基因表达障碍可能与黏膜感染或其他感染性疾病的发病机制密切相关,也可能参与黏膜正常防御功能。本文综述了防御素的分子结构、抗菌活性、基因表达及其在耳鼻喉组织中的研究进展,为临床防治提供新的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 β-Defensins are a subgroup of endogenous antibiotic peptide in the body.Now it has been shown to have very important roles in the mucosal defense of many organizations and tissues.β-Defensins are demonstrated to express predominantly at epithelial surfaces and have an important role in the anti infection mechanism.Their disorder function or gene expression may be either associated with pathogenisis of mucosa infection and other infective diseases,or the normal mucosa defence function.This article reviewed the molecule structure,antibiotic activities,gene expression of β-Defensins and the research evolutions in the otorhinolarygologic diseases,which should be helpful in prevention and treatment of in clinical experiences.更多还原
