【Abstract】 The information transmission between cells play an critical role in cell differentiation and development.The Notch signal pathway is a conservative mechanism between cells,which keep the balance of cell proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis,and enlarge and rigidificate molecule difference between cells and determine the cell differentiation.This paper discussed the basic structure of Notch protein,activation modus and main components of Notch signal pathway and the function of Notch signal pathway in hepatoma.更多还原
