【摘要】 抗病毒治疗是慢性乙型肝炎治疗的关键。目前抗乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)药物主要有两大类,本文从抗病毒治疗的适应症、禁忌症、治疗效果、耐药性、依从性和治疗费用等方面对现有抗HBV药物进行了比较和分析,认为在选择抗HBV药物时,应遵循规范化与个体化相结合的原则,在患者能承受的费用范围内,尽量选择抗病毒作用强、耐药率低、耐受性良好的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Antiviral treatment is the key therapy of chronic hepatitis B.Currently there are two major types of approved anti-HBV drugs,and they are compared in the aspects of indications and contraindications of anti-HBV therapy,therapeutic efficacy,drug resistance,compliance and expenditure in this paper.When we choose anti-HBV drugs,the principle of the combination of normalization and individualization should follow,and we should select the drug with strong antivirus effect,low resistance rate,and good tolerance.更多还原
