【Abstract】 Atrial fibrillation(AF)assumes a broad spectrum of causes,a wide diversity of pathological basis and a great complexity of electrophysiological mechanisms.This paper reviewed the history of the process of understanding AF electrophysiological mechanisms in the past century.To remove or control of AF causes is the basis and premise for the treatment.The therapeutic strategies of surgical or catheter ablation for the treatment of AF should be based on its clinical background and electrophysiological characteristics.更多还原
