【Abstract】 Nonfunctional incidentalomas is not rare in clinic.Most adrenal incidentalomas less than 3cm in diameter are benign and non-hypersecreting,but all should be evaluated to rule out malignancy or endocrine hyperfunction.Adrenal incidentalomas less than 3cm without malignant signs and with endocrine function should be long term follow-up.Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery is not the rational choice for treatment.更多还原
