【Abstract】 High medical expense is not only a simple subject of hospital function.It has been wildly discussed in field of politics,economics,culture,society,environment,medicine and psychology.The author has analyzed the effect to the clinical decision making in view of philosophy and medicine history and pointed out that the various abuses in hospital are due to the disadvantaged influence of reductionism thinking mode.The author also hopes to give out a new approach to improve the clinical decision making.更多还原
