心电编辑软件在期前收缩患者冠状动脉CT成像中的应用

【摘要】 目的探讨回顾性心电门控技术结合心电编辑软件在期前收缩患者64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像中的应用价值。方法因临床拟诊冠心病而行64层CT冠状动脉造影检查的患者中有37例扫描时出现期前收缩(房性17例,室性20例),对患者心电信号进行编辑,分析经回顾性心电门控技术和后处理工作站重建编辑后的图像质量。结果1例房性期前收缩患者未能实施心电编辑。编辑后36例段冠状动脉中图像质量优、良、中和差分别为244段(60.7%)、106段(26.4%)、28段(7.0%)和24段(5.9%);可用于诊断的血管为378段(94.1%)。结论回顾性心电门控配合心电编辑使期前收缩患者实施冠状动脉CT造影成为可能,扩大了多层CT冠状动脉造影检查的适应证范围。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the application of the retrospective electrocardiographic gating technique with electrocardiographic edit in 64-slice CT angiography of coronary artery.Methods Patients clinically suspected of coronary artery disease were performed with 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography,including 17 with premature atrial extrasystole and 20 with premature ventricular extrasystole.The images were reconstructed with the retrospective electrocardiographic gating technique after electrocardiacgraphic signal edition and were processed on the postprocessing workstation.Results The electrocardiographic signal edit failed to work in one patient with premature atrial extrasystole.According to the quality of image,segments of coronary arteries in patients were defined as excellent(n=244,60.7%),good(n=106,26.4%),moderate(n=28,7.0%) or poor(n=24,5.9%).The images of 378 segments of coronary arteries were available for diagnosis(94.1%).Conclusion The retrospective electrocardiographic gating technique combined with electrocardiographic signal edit expands the range of indication for multi-slice CT coronary angiography.
