【摘要】 目的:研究和评价改良电凝法在治疗下肢浅静脉曲张中的疗效。方法:剥脱大隐静脉主干,驱血后通过带金属导丝的穿刺针电凝所有显露的曲张静脉,破坏静脉内外膜,使其完全闭合、机化,最后以纱卷加压包扎消除曲张的浅静脉来彻底治疗下肢浅静脉曲张。结果:经改良电凝发法治疗,382例患者380例(99.5%)一次性治疗即消除了曲张的浅静脉,仅2例(0.5%)发生曲张浅静脉残留,经再次电凝后治愈。结论:改良电凝法治疗下肢浅静脉曲张是目前治疗下肢浅静脉曲张较为理想的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study and evaluate the effect of improved electrocoa- gulation for the treatment of superficial varicosity in lower extremities.Methods: According to the principle of electocoagulatlon improved electrocoagulation. Improved electrocoagulation is a way to shut the varicose vein one by one using a needle with a metal guid wire based onvaricose vein stripping,so that blood can not go through any more.Result:382 cases were treated by improved electrocoagulation. 16 patients occurred subcutaneous hematoma.5 of the 16 patients have been healed by incision,drainage and changing dressing.The other two cases were found for electrocoagulation insurfficiency,no worseing and recurrency.The tottal effect rate is 99.5%.Conclusion:The improved electrocoagulation is a good way for the treatment of superficial varicosity in lower extremities nowadays.更多还原
