【Abstract】 The flow cytometer(FCM)is a new type of instrument that integrates laser technique, electron physics technology, photoelectric measurement, computer technology, cell fluorescence chemical technology and monoclonal antibody technology. It can rapidly analyze various characteristics of single cells, combining the advantage of qualitative and quantitative analysis, and is applicable to the detection of a large number of samples.
