【摘要】 目的探讨18F-FDG PET/CT显像对乳腺良恶性病变的诊断、治疗及疗效观察的临床价值。方法26例乳腺疾病患者进行18F-FD GPET/CT显像,检查结果与病理对照分析。结果26例患者中乳腺癌20例(其中7例为乳癌术后随访),乳腺良性病变6例;18F-FDG PET/CT诊断符合率分别为95%(19/20)、100%(6/6),诊断准确率为96.15%。结论18F-FDG PET/CT对乳腺良恶性病变的鉴别诊断、乳腺癌分期及疗效观察等方面具有更多的优越性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical value of PET/CT imaging with 18F-FDG in clinical diagnosis,therapy and therapeutical observation to the breast disease of malignant and benign lesion. Methods This study includes 26 patients of breast diease,which were examined by PET/CT with 18F-FDG. Results There were 20 patient of breast cancer(7 of them were follow-up of post-operation breast cancer patients),6 were breast disease of benign lesion;The corresponging rate of diagnosis to breast cancer by PET/CT imaging with 18F-FDG was 95.0(19/20),while was 100%(6/6) to breast disease of benign lesion. The accuracy rate of PET/CT imaging with 18F-FDG to breast disease was 96.15%. Conclution PET/CT imaging with 18F-FDG has much advantages in the differencial diagnosis for benign and malignant breast disease, and evaluation on staging, therapeutic effect of breast cancer。更多还原
