【摘要】 目的探讨高频超声对副乳腺诊断的应用价值。方法采用高频超声仪对56例(82处)临床检查时怀疑为副乳腺患者进行超声成像检查并用超声对肿块实行术前定位。结果所有患者都在超声定位下成功地完成了副乳腺切除,对病变组织的组织病理学检查结果均证实为副乳腺,与高频超声的术前诊断相符。其中伴发纤维腺瘤1例,伴发囊肿3例。56例副乳腺均位于皮下脂肪层内,边界不整齐,内部回声与乳腺组织相似,但是血流不丰富。结论高频超声可作为诊断及定位副乳腺的首选检查方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of high-frequency ultrasonography in the diagnosis and localization of accessory breast. Methods Fifty-six patients with 82 accessory breasts suspected by clinicians were diagnosed before operation by high-frequency ultrasonography. Results All patients with accessory breasts were successfully resected under ultrasound localization and confirmed by histopathology ,coincide with the fingdings of ultrasonography before operation, among all the patients one accompany with fibroadenoma and 3 with cysts. The accessory breast was superficial in location with irregular border, and the sonography was similar to that of normal breast with poor blood supply. Conclusion The high-frequency ultrasonography is one of the first-choice methods in the diagnosis and localization of accessory breast.更多还原
