试论EAP与高校图书馆组织文化的融合
On the EAP and University Library organizational culture fusion
【摘要】 面对社会节奏加快和工作压力的增大,高校图书馆有必要引入EAP为馆员提供相应的心理咨询服务。高校图书馆EAP的开展可以建立在馆员转换型心理契约的基础上与高校图书馆组织文化融合,这样不仅能为馆员解决心理问题,更有利于高校图书馆组织文化在馆员间的渗透,增强馆员的组织归属感,达到馆员与高校图书馆的共同协调发展。
【Abstract】 In the face of social pressure and speed up the pace of the increase necessary to introduce the University Library Librarian for EAP provide the corresponding psychological counseling services.University Library in the EAP can be established in the conversion of librarians on the basis of psychological contract with the University Library cultural integration organizations, such as librarians can not only solve the psychological problems will be more conducive to organizational culture in the University Library Librarian of infiltration and enhance Museum Members of the organizations belonging to the University Libraries and Librarian jointly coordinated development.
