【摘要】 目的探讨MRU在输尿管先天畸形中的应用价值,为临床提供可靠依据。方法搜集2003年5月至2007年8月经手术证实的输尿管先天畸形39例进行MRU表现的回顾性分析,其中,男20例,女19例,输尿管先天畸形包括形态、数目、走行异常。结果MRU表现:①输尿管重复畸形21例,其中,肾盂输尿管重复畸形16例(发生在双侧4例、单侧12例)。21中输尿管完全重复畸形13例,不完全重复畸8例。单纯输尿管重复畸形5例;②输尿管狭窄15例,其中,肾盂输尿管交界处狭窄9例,输尿管中下段狭窄6例;③输尿管异位开口2例;④巨输尿管2例;⑤腔静脉后输尿管1例。结论MRU检查是一种无创伤的诊断输尿管先天畸形的方法,具有准确、方便等优势,能明确先天畸形的类型及程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application value of Magnetic resonance urography(MRU) in the diagnosis of ureter congenital malformation.Method MRU was carried out in 39 patients with ureter congenital malformation detected by surgical intervention.Result ①21 cases are ureteral duplication(13 cases are complete and 8 cases are incomplete duplication),16 cases are pelvis renalis ureteral duplication;② 15 cases are ureterostenoma;③2cases are ureter parallel debouch;④ 2cases are huge ureter;⑤1 case is postcaval ureter.Conclusion MRU is a non-invasive method of diagnosis ureter congenital malformation,it may be precise and convenient for diagnosis the type and degree of ureter congenital malformation.更多还原
