急诊护士心理健康的影响因素及对策

【摘要】 目的探讨影响急诊护士心理健康的相关因素,为制订解决对策提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)及自设调查问卷对我市市级医院的86名急诊科护士进行问卷调查,与全国常模比较,对影响急诊护士心理健康状况的相关因素进行分析。结果86名急诊护士躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性九个因子评分均显著高于常模。急诊合同护士人际关系、焦虑、敌对、偏执四个因子评分高于急诊正式护士,躯体化、恐怖两个因子评分低于正式护士,有统计学意义。结论急诊护士心理健康状况较差,护士编制不同,其心理健康状况存在差异,与急诊科所在岗位的特殊性及用人劳动保障制度等有关,应当根据不同情况采取适当措施改善急诊护士的心理健康状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the mental health status and the correlative factors of emergency nurses and improve it.Methods 86 nurses in municipal hospital emergency department were investgated with symptom checklist(SCL-90)and questionnaire.The result was compared with the national norm.Results The factors of 86 emergency nurses in somatization,coercion,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility and terrorism,paranoia and psychotic were higher than the norm significantly,emergency nurses with temporary contract have higher score in the fetors of interpersonal relationships,anxiety,hostility,paranoia than the nurses with formal contract,and lower score in somatization,terrorist factor score below the nurses with formal nurses.Statistical significance were found.Conclusion Emergency nurses have inferior mental health status compare with the norm.Mental health status of its differences with work contract,social ensure.Appropriate improvement aim to those correlative factors should be adopted to improve the emergency nurses’mental health.更多还原
