子宫内膜样腺癌GST-π、ToPo-Ⅱ表达与性激素水平关系的研究

【摘要】 目的探讨子宫内膜样腺癌多种多药耐药有关蛋白的表达与性激素水平之间的关系,为帮助解决子宫内膜样腺癌化疗的耐药性,更好地指导临床用药提供实际意义的依据。方法采用单克隆抗体免疫组化SP法,分别测定52例子宫内膜样腺癌组织中及20例正常妇女的增生期子宫内膜组织中GST-π、ToPo-Ⅱ的阳性表达;应用电化学发光免疫测定法检测研究组与对照组的性激素水平。通过统计学分析了解GST-π、ToPo-Ⅱ与性激素水平之间的关系。结果子宫内膜样腺癌GST-π、ToPo-Ⅱ的阳性表达率明显高于正常增生期内膜组织。子宫内膜样腺癌患者血清FSH、LH水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01~0.05),E2水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。E2血清水平明显影响GST-π、ToPo-Ⅱ的阳性表达率(P<0.01)。结论FSH、LH、E2水平影响了子宫内膜样腺癌的发生;E2的血清水平明显的影响了GST-π、ToPo-Ⅱ的阳性表达,提示E2对子宫内膜样腺癌的化疗可通过影响耐药GST-π、ToPo-Ⅱ的表达发挥着一定的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective Discusses the relation among the expression of about some muhidruy resistance correlation protein and the sex hormones level,the discussion has an important practical significance to help solution endometrial carcinoma chemotherapy and instruct clinical medicine. Methods Using immunohistochemical S-P method to detect GST-π、ToPo-Ⅱwere deterred in 52 cases of endometrial carcinoma an 20 cases of physiological endometriums;Applied electrochemistry immunity determines sex hormone level of research group and comparison group.Understand the relation betweenGST-π、ToPo-Ⅱand sex hormone level.Results The masculine expression of GST-π、ToPo-Ⅱin endometrial carcinoma is obviously higher than that in physiological endometriums.The level of FSH、LH on endometrial carcinoma patient is obviously higher than comparison group (0.01<P<0.05),E2 level is higher than comparison group(P<0.01).Compares the level of FSH、LH with the normal group obviously to affect expression (P<0.01),the level of E2 obviously affects the masculine expression rate of GST-π、ToPo-Ⅱ(P<0.01).Conclusion The level of FSH、LH、E2 affect the endometrial carcinoma occurrence;The level of E2 affects the masculine expression of GST-π、ToPo-Ⅱ,that prompts E2 can display some effect in endometrial carcinoma chemotherapy through affects the expression of GST-π、ToPo-Ⅱ.
