【摘要】 目的进一步提高急诊科护士对心博呼吸骤停患者的抢救能力。方法对本院急诊科收治的23例心博呼吸骤停患者急救护理配合过程进行回顾性分析,规范急救护理配合。结果死亡17例,复苏成功6例,复苏成功率26.08%。结论护士必须严密观察病情,及时识别危险因素,熟练掌握心肺脑复苏技术,与医生密切配合,才能提高心肺脑复苏的成功率,使病人的死亡率降至最低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to improve nurses’ rescuing capability further to the sufferers whose heartbeat-respiration has a sudden stop in Emergency department.Methods Retrospectively analyzed nursing cooperation course in which 23sufferers taken over and treated in Emergency department whose heartbeat-respiration had a sudden stop,and regulated nursing cooperation in first aid.Result The death were 17 cases,and the successful were 6 cases.The success rate came to 26.08%.Conclusion Nurses should watch out for the state of sufferers’ illness,identify dangerous factors in time,master skill used for heart-lung-brain resuscitation expertly,and cooperate with doctors nearly.That can improve the success rate of heart-lung brain resuscitation and make the sufferers’ death hate decline to the low bottom.更多还原
