【摘要】 目的探讨老年急性重症胆管炎(ACST)的诊治方法。方法通过本科1992年3月～2004年12月98例老年ACST的临床资料进行总结分析。结果手术治疗全部成功,无手术死亡率。结论快捷准确的诊断能力,合理及时的手术方案是提高疗效,减少死亡率的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to investigate the dignosis and treatment of ACST in old men.Methods 98 cases of ACSI in old men admitted form 1992～2004 were analysed mainly on clinical characteristics and threapies.Results 98 cases were all operated,all patients were cured and nobody died.Conclusion Operation on patients with ACST should be taken as the dignosis is made.更多还原
