高频超声在小儿常见急腹症中的应用

【摘要】 目的探讨高频超声在小儿常见急腹症中的诊断价值。方法用高频探头选择合适的扫查方法,对1-14岁患儿临床考虑肠套叠(160例),肠系膜淋巴结炎(170例),急性阑尾炎(108例)进行检查。结果肠套叠、肠系膜淋巴结炎及急性阑尾炎均有典型声像图特征。结论高频超声在诊断小儿急腹症中是首选无创伤的检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of high frequency ultrasound in common surgical abdomen in children.Methods Intussusception (160 case) mesentery lymphadenitis(170 case) and acute appendicitis (108 case) in children were examined with high frequency ultrasound.Results The charonteristic oppearana of ultrasong graphy was found in all cases with intussusception mesentery lympbadenitis and acute appandicitis.Conclusion High frequency ultrasound is first choice method for diagnosis of common surgical abdomen in children.更多还原
