【摘要】 [目的]了解玉林市艾滋病疫情动态,为制定适合本市的防治措施提供科学依据。[方法]对玉林市1996~2007年艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者资料进行分析。[结果]1996~2007年合计报告HIV感染者831例,其中艾滋病病人135例,死亡75例。男性611例,女性220例;年龄1.5~84岁,20~39岁525例,占63.18%;农民516例,占62.09%。1996~2003年吸毒途径传播的占69.35%,性途径传播的占21.77%;2004~2007年经性途径传播的占46.53%,吸毒途径传播的占32.53%。[结论]玉林市艾滋病流行已进入快速增长期,吸毒途径传播速度减慢,经性途径传播比例增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand AIDS epidemic dynamic in Yulin City provide scientific evidences for developing prevention and control measures of AIDS in Yulin City.[Methods]HIV infector’s data from 1996 to 2007 in Yulin City were analyzed.[Results]There were 831 HIV infectors from 1996 to 2007,of which 135 cases were AIDS patients and 75 cases died.611 cases were male and 220 cases were female aged from 1.5 to 84,and 525 cases were at the age from 20 to 39,accounting for 63.18%.516 cases were farmers,accounting for 62.09%.69.35% HIV infector were transmitted by injecting drug and 21.77% by sexual behavior from 1996 to 2003.46.53% HIV infector were transmitted by sexual behavior and 32.53% by injecting drug from 1996 to 2003.[Conclusion]The speed of AIDS epidemic in Yulin city increased but the speed of drug abuse transmission was slow down while sexual transmission was increasing.更多还原
