【摘要】 [目的]准确掌握育龄妇女死亡率和死亡原因,探讨相应干预措施。[方法]对青岛市四方区2002~2006年育龄妇女(15~49岁)死亡资料进行分析。[结果]2002~2006年育龄妇女累积死亡268例,年均死亡率为32.17/10万。年死亡率(/10万),2002年为34.26,2003年为28.99,2004年为30.68,2005年为35.75,2006年为31.20;15~19岁为7.66,20~24岁为8.18,25~29岁为9.69,30~34岁为20.27,35~39岁为30.28,40~44岁为80.10,45~49岁为84.28(P<0.05)。268例死亡者中,恶性肿瘤120例,意外死亡55例,心脑血管疾病死亡50例,其他疾病死亡43例。[结论]青岛市四方区育龄妇女死亡率较低,主要死亡原因为恶性肿瘤、意外和心脑血管疾病。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To actually grasp the mortality and the causes of death,discuss the corresponding intervention measures.[Methods]Death data of women at childbearing-age(15-49)in Sifang district of Qingdao from 2002 to 2006 were analyzed.[Results]268 case of women at childbearing-age died from 2002 to 2006.The annual mortality was 32.17/100 000.The mortality(/100 000)was 34.26,28.99,30.68,35.75 and 31.20 respectively in 2002,2003,2004,2005 and 2006;and 7.66,8.18,9.69,20.27,30.28,80.10 and 84.28 respectively during the age of 15-19,20-24,25-29,30-34,35-39,40-44 and 45-49.Of the 268 death cases,120 cases died of malignant tumor,55 cases died from accident,50 cases died of cardiovascular disease,43 cases died of other diseases.[Conclusion]The mortality among women at childbearing age was low in Sifang district of Qingdao,the main causes of death were malignant tumor,accident and cardiovascular disease.更多还原
