【摘要】 [目的]了解大连市外来人口聚集地儿童免疫接种情况。[方法]2007年10月,在大连市部分流动人口较多地区抽取部分2005~2006年出生的儿童进行调查。[结果]调查186名儿童,已全部建证,建卡率为96.77%;建卡率和"五苗"全程接种率,本地儿童(89人)分别为100.00%、97.65%,流动儿童(97人)分别为93.80%、88.04%(P<0.05);"五苗"的单苗接种率二者的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);卡痕率,流动儿童为93.48%,本地儿童为87.06%(P<0.05)。卡介苗、脊髓灰质炎疫苗、百白破三联疫苗、麻疹疫苗和乙肝疫苗接种率分别为98.87%、97.18%、98.31%、99.44%和96.61%。流动儿童因缺乏信息未接种的占20.00%。[结论]调查儿童的基础免疫单苗及"五苗"全程接种率均达90%以上,应进一步为外来儿童提供免疫接种信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the immunization coverage Children Living in Floating Population Area.[Methods]In October 2007,investigation was carried out among children living in floating population area in Dalian,who were born from 2005 to 2006.[Results]The rates of establishing immunization cards and coverage of five vaccines in 89 local children were 100.00% and 97.65% respectively,that in 97 of floating children were 93.80% and 88.04% respectively.There was no difference of coverage in local and floating children(P>0.05).BCG scar rate in floating and local children were 93.48% and 87.06% respectively.The immunization coverage of BCG,OPV,DPT,MV and HBV was 98.87%,97.18%,98.31%,99.44% and 96.61% respectively.The main cause of missing to be vaccinated in floating children was no EPI information.[Conclusion]The immunization coverage of BCG,OPV,DPT,MV and HBV and the coverage of five vaccines were more than 90%.More information must be given to floating children’s parents.更多还原
