【摘要】 [目的]了解海阳市中学生性知识知晓情况,以便在中学生中开展性健康教育工作。[方法]整群随机抽样,对海阳市1623名初中生和1748名高中生进行自拟问卷调查。[结果]初、高中生获得性知识的主要途径来源于书/报刊,调查率初中组34.3%,高中组38.2%。对艾滋病相关知识回答正确率高于其他性病知识,艾滋病相关知识回答正确率初中组60.0%、49.0%,高中组76.7%、66.9%,并且高中组学生对性病知识项目回答正确率高于初中组,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或<0.05)。目前中学生最需掌握的性知识教育是青春期卫生知识和避孕知识,需求率初中组31.2%、20.9%,高中组35.6%、28.6%。高中学生对性知识的需求率高于初中生,二者对最需要接受的性知识教育问题项目比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]教育部门应重视对中学生进行性健康教育,中学生及早开展正规的性健康课是必要的,也是必须的。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]to know the sex knowledge among high school students so as to publicize sex education among them.[Methods]Questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 623 junior middle students and 1 748 senior middle school students chosen with Chester random sampling method.[Results]The major channels for high school students to acquire sex knowledge are from books and magazines: 34.3% junior and 38.2% senior school students were investigated respectively;They had more knowledge on AIDS than other venereal diseases: The correct rate of knowledge on AIDS was 60.0% and 49.0% among junior middle school students,76.7% and 66.9% among senior middle school students.There was a difference(P<0.01 or <0.05).Currently,the knowledge on adolescent health and contraception is what really needed for middle school students with 31.2%,20.9% for juniors and 35.6%,28.6% for seniors from which we can see that the seniors has a higher demand for sex knowledge than the juniors and the comparison is of great statistic significance(P<0.01).[Conclusion]The education department should pay more attention to sex education for middle school students and it is necessary to launch formal sex education for middle school students.更多还原
