【摘要】 [目的]了解不同民族居民死亡率及预期寿命,为提高不同民族居民的平均寿命提供依据。[方法]在玉溪市抽取20个乡(镇),对2003~2005年死亡的人员进行入户调查。[结果]调查乡镇2003~2005年平均人口为591 190人,累计死亡9 086例,平均死亡率为15.37‰,平均期望寿命为73.47岁。平均死亡率,男性为16.17‰,女性为14.53‰;平均预期寿命,男性为71.71岁,女性为75.19岁。汉族、彝族、回族居民平均死亡率分别为15.13‰、16.04‰、15.40‰,傣族、哈尼族、白族、蒙古族、苗族居民分别为16.10‰、15.44‰、17.33‰、21.11‰、12.73‰;平均预期寿命汉族、彝族、回族居民分别为74.92岁、73.84岁、75.08岁,傣族、哈尼族、白族、蒙古族、苗族居民分别为73.50岁、73.95岁、73.65岁、72.72岁、76.71岁。[结论]玉溪市各个民族平均预期寿命高于2004年全国平均水平和1990年云南省同民族平均水平;苗族和回族最高,蒙古族最低。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the mortality rate and expectant lifespan among the residents of main nationalities,provide evidence for gradually enhancing average expectant lifespan of different nationalities.[Methods]Indoor investigation was carried out for the people died from 2003 to 2005 in 20 towns.[Results]The average population in investigated township/town was 591 190 and 9 086 died.The mortality rate was 15.37‰ and the average expectant lifespan was 73.47 years.Among them, the mortality rate was 16.17‰ in male and 14.53‰ in female.The average expectant lifespan was 71.71 years in male and 75.19 years in female.The average mortality rate was 15.13‰,16.04‰ and 15.04‰ respectively and the average expectant lifespan was 74.92,73.84 and 75.08 years among the people of main nationalities i.e.: Han Nationality,Yi Nationality and Hui Nationality.The mortality rate was 16.10‰,15.44‰ 17.33‰,21.11‰ and 12.73‰ respectively among the people of Tai Nationality,Hani Nationality,Bai Nationality,Menggu Nationality and Miao Nationality.The average expectant lifespan was 74.92,73.84,75.08 years in the people of Han nationality,Yi Nationality and Hui Nationality and 73.50,73.95,73.65,72.72 and 69.96 years in the people of Tai Nationality,Hani Nationality,Bai Nationality,Menggu Nationality and Miao Nationality.[Conclusion]The average expectant lifespan of various nationalities of Yuxi Prefecture was higher than the average lever of whole country in 2004 and higher than the average lever of same nationalities of Yunnan Province in 1999.Miao Nationality and Hui Nationality owned the highest average expectant lifespan and Menggu Nationality was the lowest one.更多还原
