【摘要】 [目的]了解免疫接种人员队伍及其卫生服务基本情况,为建设一支高素质、适应免疫服务现状的免疫接种队伍提供参考依据。[方法]2006年8月根据邹城市免疫预防接种人员资质认证工作,对全市范围内各级各类医疗卫生机构中从事免疫预防接种工作的人员按照设计好的调查表进行调查。[结果]2005、2006年邹城市40处免疫预防接种门诊(室),预防接种人员171人和195人。认证前后男女所占比例差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2005年资质认证前,文化程度以中专为主(80人),占46.78%;职称以医师为主(98人),占57.31%。30~39岁的(60人),占35.08%,药师和无执业资格的(59人),占34.51%。2006年资质认证后,大专(55人)上升到28.21%,医师职称(119人)上升到61.03%,30~39岁的(91人)占46.67%,药师和无执业资格的调整出预防接种队伍。[结论]邹城市通过开展预防接种单位工作人员的资质认证,计划免疫队伍及其人员素质得到相应壮大和提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the status of the staff engaged in preventive vaccination,provide scientific basis for the establishment of the team with high quality.[Methods]Questionnaire was conducted for the staff engaged in preventive vaccination at all the level of the medical institutes in the city,based on the qualification inspection for the staff engaged in preventive vaccination in Zoucheng city in August 2006.[Results]There were 171 and 195 staff engaged in preventive vaccination in 40 clinics in 2005 and 2006 respectively.There was a difference of the different ratio between male and female workers(P<0.01).46.78%(80) of the staff were at the education level of special or technical secondary school before qualification inspection in 2005.57.31%(98) of them were doctors.The staff aged from 30 to 39 accounted for 35.08%(60).Pharmacists and the staff who had no medical certificate accounted for 34.51%(59).After qualification inspection in 2006,the staff at the education level of institutions of higher education raised to 28.21%(55).Doctors raised to 61.03%(119).The staff aged from 30 to 39 accounted for 46.67%(91).The pharmacists and the staff who had no medical certificate were cleared out from the group.[Conclusion]The quality of the staff engaged in preventive vaccination was improved after qualification inspection in Zoucheng city.更多还原
