【摘要】 [目的]了解河南省城市社区慢性病综合防治试点服务社区目标人群目前的慢性病相关知识、信念与行为状况,为干预效果评价及调整干预措施提供科学依据。[方法]2006年11月,对安阳市文峰区西关办事处社区卫生服务中心所辖4个居民社区中的15~69岁常住居民进行问卷调查。[结果]调查860人,体育锻炼率为68.60%,近6个月内血压测量率为62.00%,确诊高血压患者规律服药率以及糖尿病患者控制饮食、增加体力活动、药物治疗率均达到70%以上,认为35岁以上成年人有必要定期测血压者占87.00%,知晓高盐饮食易患高血压者占76.90%。[结论]目标人群慢性病相关知、信、行状况基本达到干预计划预定的阶段性目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the target population’s knowledge,attitude and practice related to NCDs after community interventions were implemented,the study was conducted to provide scientific evidences for evaluating and adjusting the strategies of health education and health promotion applied to the target population.[Methods]Unified questionnaire was used to interview the inhabitants aged from 15 to 69 years old and sampled randomly in Anyang city in Nov.2006.[Results]Of the 860 people investigated,68.60% had physical training and 62.00% sampled inhabitants ever measured their BP level in recent 6 months.Over 70% of the patients with hypertension can take medicine regularly and the patients with diabetes conducted regular therapy and had alimentary control.87.00% of the objects recognized the necessity of monitoring BP level and 76.90% of the objects understood that high-salt diet could induce hypertension.[Conclusion]These findings revealed that the target population’s knowledge,attitude and practice related to NCDs had been improved and the goal of this stage on schedule was totally achieved.更多还原
