【摘要】 [目的]观察纸片法对液体饮品大肠菌群的检测效果,评价其在实际检测工作中的应用价值。[方法]以国标试管发酵法为对照,对各种液体饮品检样进行大肠菌群平行检测,比较两法反应结果。[结果]纸片法检测液体饮品中大肠菌群与试管发酵法结果符合率为94.44%,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]纸片法作为简便易行的新方法可用于检测液体饮品中大肠菌群。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To observe the examination effect on the detection of coli group in liquid beverage with paper slip method,evaluate the practical value in the examination work.[Methods]In comparison with international tube fermentation method,coli group in liquid beverage was tested,the results of two methods were compared.[Results]The coincidence of the two method(paper slip method and tube fermentation method)which were used to test coli group in liquid beverage was 94.44%.There was no difference(P>0.05).[Conclusion]As a new simple and practical method,paper slip method can be used to test coli group in liquid beverage.更多还原
