【摘要】 我国自1985年实施高等教育评估以来,评估活动对我国高等教育在教育质量、教师素质、教学条件等方面都起到了较好的指导和引领作用。但在20多年的高等教育评估发展历程中,也暴露出评估主体过于行政化、评估标准刚性、评估后段整改监督不力等诸多问题。如何完善高等教育评估机制,以期达到教育评估的目的,这是政府、社会和学校都共同关心、关注并需要切实解决的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 China started the evaluation of higher education in 1985,which has greatly promoted the teaching quality,teachers’ quality,and the improvement of teaching facilities in institutions of higher learning.However,there have been problems in the evaluations over the past 20 years,namely the extreme administrative nature of the evaluation performer,the inflexibility of evaluation standards,and insufficient supervision of the modifications after the evaluation.The improvement of education evaluation and the fulfillment of its goal are the imperative issue having aroused the attention on the part of government,the society and the universities.更多还原
