【摘要】 目的观察经鼻内窥镜下鼻腔泪囊造孔术的临床效果和优点。方法自2001年6月～2007年5月我院收治的58例(60眼)慢性泪囊炎患者,其中34例(34眼)施行经内眦部皮肤切口的泪囊鼻腔吻合术,设为对照组;24例(26眼)施行鼻内窥镜下的鼻腔泪囊造孔术,作为观察组;术后观察对比两组的临床效果。结果观察组与对照组的有效率(治愈率与好转率的平均数)分别在1月、3月、6月和12月进行χ2检验(6月为χ2=29.13,P(0.05;12月为χ2=17.6,P(0.05);两组之间的差异无统计学意义。结论鼻内窥镜下鼻内泪囊鼻腔造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎,具有组织损伤小,操作简单快捷,面部不留瘢痕,并发症少,是治疗慢性泪囊炎的理想方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effects and advantages of nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy.Methods From June 2001 to May 2007,58 cases (60 eyes) with chronic dacryocystitis,among which 34 cases (34 eyes) were in the implementation of dacryocystorhinostomy by canthus skin incision,were chosen as control group,and 24 cases (26 eyes) with nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy as observation group.Results The efficiency(the average rate of the cure rate and improvement rate) of the observation group and the control group were performed χ2 test in January,March,June and December (June for χ2=29.13,P>0.05; December for χ2=17.6,P>0.05) respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusions Nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy for the chronic dacryocystitis is an ideal way to treat the chronic dacryocystitis because it possesses the advantages of small tissue injuries,simple and quick operation,fewer complications.更多还原
