【摘要】 目的观察旋转复位配合中药芎附根痛消丸治疗腰椎手术失败综合征的疗效,同时评价患者抑郁指数对于治疗效果的影响。方法确诊为腰椎手术失败综合征的病人37例,采用旋转复位治疗,1周2次,同时配合口服中药芎附根痛消丸。治疗2个月后,按Ragab的评估标准确定治疗效果,评估治疗前后患者抑郁指数的变化。结果优13例,良15例,可5例,差4例,优良率为75.7%。治疗后抑郁指数较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.01),效果较差的患者抑郁指数偏高。结论初步认为正骨配合中药治疗腰椎手术失败综合征是一种有效的治疗方法。患者的抑郁指数越高,疗效越差。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of faild lumbar surgery syndrome(FLSS) patients by rotative reduction manipulation combined with "XIONGFUGENTONGXIAO" pills(XFGTXP),and observe the influence of despondent index(DI) on therapeutic effects.Methods Thirty-seven FLSS patients were treated by rotative reduction manipulation and by XFGTXP.According to Ragab’s standards to evaluate the effects after 2 months,and to appraise the change of DI.Results It was proved that the effects of 28 cases (75.7%) were excellnt,5(13.5%) fair and 4(10.8%) poor.The DI had improved after treatment (P<0.01),and the fair and poor patients’DI was higher.Conclusions This kind of treatment is effective for faild lumbar surgery syndrome.The outcome was worse if the DI is higher.更多还原
