【摘要】 目的探讨SPECT骨断层显像对股骨头缺血性坏死的诊断价值。方法使用SPECT,对50例股骨头缺血性坏死患者行平面及断层显像。结果断层显像对股骨头缺血性坏死诊断的灵敏度高于平面显像,差异具有显著性;断层显像对早期病变的诊断符合率高于平面显像,差异具有显著性。结论SPECT骨断层显像有助于股骨头缺血性坏死的早期诊断及疾病分期。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical value of the technology of SPECT in diagnose of avascular necrosis of the femoral head.Methods Fifty patients underwent 99Tcm -MDP planar and SPECT bone scan.Results The positive finding rates in SPECT proved to have avascular necrosis were significantly higher than those in planar bone scans.And the earlier stage diagnose accordance rate of avascular necrosis in SPECT were significantly more than those in planar bone scans.Conclusions SPECT in diagnose of avascular necrosis of the femoral head was more sensitive and accurate than bone scan.更多还原
