【摘要】 新建的地方本科师范院校,学科建设和管理经验不足、高学历高层次研究人员引进困难。要抓好重点学科的建设,使其在人才、资源、科研、管理等方面真正发挥优势,就必须完善重点学科建设管理体制;凝练学科方向,遴选优秀学科带头人,建设学术梯队;以科学研究为核心,提升学科建设层次;定期进行学科评估和评审;广泛开展学术交流活动;重视学科研究基地建设。另外,在科研投入、目标责任制的执行、协作的深度和广度等方面也应加大工作力度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Newly founded universities have great difficulty in drawing established scholars to join their faculty and lack adequate experiences in building and managing disciplines. In order to improve their work in key discipline construction and to give full play to their comparative advantages in talents and resources, local universities need to perfect their management mechanism in key discipline construction, to decide proper disciplines as the key ones, to select academic head persons, to create balanced academic team, to place research at the core of school work, to conduct regular evaluation of projects and science research work, to create wide academic activities, and to place emphasis on the construction of research bases. Besides, efforts should be increased in fund input, in carrying out target responsibility system, and in coordinating relevant departments.更多还原
