【摘要】 目的回顾性总结我科对BPPV患者的诊疗情况,探讨在基层医院开展BPPV诊疗的可行性。方法回顾2006年7月-2007年12月间在我科确诊的BPPV患者52例,后半规管及上半规管BPPV按照Epley所描述的CRP方法进行复位治疗,水平半规管BPPV患者按照Barbecue翻滚法进行复位治疗,并于治疗结束后3个月内复查和评价疗效。结果52例患者中,46例为后半规管BPPV,5例为水平半规管BPPV,1例为上半规管BPPV,手法复位后,50例痊愈,治愈率为96.2%。结论手法复位治疗BPPV患者是一种非常有效的方法,其方法简单、易行,无需特殊贵重器械,可以在基层医院推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To review the benign paroxysmal positional vertigo patients in our clinic,and explore the feasibility of diagnosis and treatment for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo in the primary hospitals.Methods To analyze retrospectively 52 patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo in our department from July 2006 to December 2007,the PSC BPPV and ASC BPPV patients were treated with the methods described in CRP reduction treatment by Epley,the HSC BPPV patients were treated with a particle repositioning maneuver called the"barbecue rotation"which starts with the patient in the supine position and consists of three 90-degree head rotations towards the unaffected ear.,and After treatment,three months of review and evaluation.Results Among 52 patients,there were 46 cases with PSC BPPV,five cases with HSC BBPV,one case with ASC BPPV,manipulative reduction after 50cases were recovered,the cure rate was 96.2%.Conclusion Manipulative reduction treatment for BPPV patients was a very effective method,the method is simple,easy,no special expensive equipment,which would be popular in the primary hospitals.更多还原
