【摘要】 目的探讨无C形臂情况下使用交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折的效果。方法收集1999年1月-2006年6月病例共28例,进行回顾性分析。结果随访12个月￣23个月,平均17.6个月,骨折均达骨性愈合,平均愈合时间10.4个月,疗效按马元璋标准评定:优:23例,良3例,中2例,优良率92.8%。结论无C形臂情况下使用交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折,固定牢固,患肢可以早期主动功能锻炼,创伤小,并发症少,适合基层医院的实际。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss clinical effect of interlocking intramedullary nail fixation in the treatment of femoral shaft fracture without C-Arm X-ray medical equipment.Methods To analyze 28 patients of femoral shaft fracture treated with interlocking intramedullary nail fixation without C-Arm X-ray medical equipment retrospectively from Jan,1999 to June,2006.Results All patients were followed for 12 to 23months (17.6 months in average).Complete bone union was achieved in all patients, average in 10.4 months. According to the Mayuanzhang`s criterion, 23 cases were excellent(82.1%),3 cases were good (10.7%),2 cases were fair (7.2%)and no case was poor. Rate of excellent and good was 92.8%.Conclusion Interlocking intramedullary nail fixation can fix femoral shaft fracture without C-Arm X-ray medical equipment with little invasion and complication, as well as flexible fixation and earlier limb initiative exercise,meanwhile,the technique was fit for actuality of community hospital.更多还原
