【摘要】 目的观察三苯双脒对肠道线虫的驱虫效果。方法经粪检确定肠道线虫感染者,对适宜服药者按不同年龄和肠道线虫感染情况,分别给予三苯双脒200mg、300mg、400mg顿服。服药前、后作常规体检心电图,血、尿常规,血生化检查对比;服药后作巡视随访,了解副反应发生情况;服药三周后再作粪检,判定驱虫效果。结果观察5-65岁蛔虫、钩虫、鞭虫感染者715例,服药后虫卵转阴率分别为91.46%、81.79%和23.12%,蛔虫,钩虫虫卵减少率为100%。服药后有轻微头晕、头痛、恶心者23人,副反应率为3.2%,且未经特殊处理即自愈。服药后24小时心电图,血、尿常规,肝、肾功能均无明显改变。结论三苯双脒对蛔虫、钩虫有很好的驱虫作用。服用安全、方便,具有良好的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the repelling-parasite effect of tribendimidine in the treatment of intestinal nematode infections.Methods Intestinal nematode infected person was confirmed by feces examination.The infectious persons fitting for taking medicine were given different dose of tribendimidine(200mg,300mg,400mg respectively) according to their age and infectious severity.Electrocardiogram,rountine blood count,rountine urine test and blood biochemistry were taken before and after taking medicine.Follow-up visit was carried out after taking the medicine in order to know side effects,3 weeks later feces examination was done again to judge the repelling-parasite effect.Results 715 cases aged from 5 to 65 were infected with ascaris,hookworm or whipworm,the curative rate(eggs negative in the faeces) after taking tribendimidine were 91.46%,81.79% and 23.12%,respectively.The eggs decrease rate of ascaris and hookworm were 100%.23 persons out of 715 cases had mild dizziness,headache or nausea,and the side effect rate was 3.2%,they recovered themselves without any treatment.Electrocardiogram,rountine blood count,rountine urine test and liver or kidney functions of the cases had no evident changes 24 hours after taking tribendimidine.Conclusion Tribendimidine has satisfactory repelling-parasite effect on ascaris and hookworm infection.It is safe and convenient for taking,so it has good applying prospect.更多还原
