【摘要】 目的探讨预防髋部术后下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)形成的方法。方法鼓励并帮助患者早期功能锻炼患侧下肢,如股四头肌和臀肌的等张收缩,膝、踝关节的伸屈活动,利用肌泵的作用,促进下肢血液回流,防止血栓形成,消除肿胀并防止关节僵硬与肌肉萎缩。结果78例患者中,随访6个月,除1例出院后20天发生DVT外,余皆痊愈。结论术后早期进行下肢肌肉收缩训练,适当抬高患肢,围手术期予药物进行预防性治疗是必须的、可行的,可以减少髋部手术后DVT的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Probe into the methods that how to prevent from the deep vein of lower limb of thrombosis (DVT) about operation of hip.Methods Encourage and help the inpatients to carry on the function training for the suffering leg.in early phase,such as contract muscle and stretch joint. by promote blood reflux on the suffering leg, to dispel swelling, prevent from DVT forming, joint stiff,and muscular atrophy.Results By these prevent methods, in the 78 inpatients that follow-visited for 6 months,only one case occurred DVT affter leave hospital 20 days,the others were all recovery.Conclusion By carrying on the function training for the suffering leg.in early phase ,to prevent from DVT of thrombosis.更多还原
