【摘要】 目的通过对旅游地区人群重大传染病疫情发生特点的分析,探讨有利于旅游地区人群保护的措施和方法。方法通过哨点监测旅游城市人员流动状况,综合分析传染病发生特点以及人群保护的特点和要求,实践演练评估措施的有效性。结果通过综合分析,确定了旅游城市重大传染病疫情的范围,制定了旅游城市健康人群保护方案和预案,通过演练评估,保护措施有效可行。结论在旅游城市构建一个由政府领导,卫生部门负责,疾病预防控制部门实施,旅游服务和景点景区管理部门共同参与的人群健康保护体系,在日常和重大传染病疫情发生时,通过建立以症状和监测为主的监测系统,能够实现疫情的及早发现,恰当处理,实现最大程度的保护人群健康的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through analyzing the major characteristics of infectious diseases of the tourists in the tourist, to explore the effective measures and methods to protect tourists and local people.Methods To observe the flows of the tourist by Sentinel Surveillance, to analyze comprehensively the characteristics of infectious diseases in the crowd as well as the protective characteristics and demands of the local people and tourists, to carry out the feasibility of and practical drills of the assessment’s measures.Results Through comprehensive analysis, to confine the scope of infectious diseases in the tourist cities , to regulate the protecting programmes and plans of the healthy population in tourist city, through the exercise assessment, to prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the measures . Conclusion To build the population health protection system in tourism city: leading by the local government departments, being responsible by the health, disease prevention and control departments, carried out by the tourism services d management. During the day-to-day and major infectious disease outbreak, through establishing the monitoring system on the basis of detecting symptoms and monitoring conditions , to achieve the early detection of disease and appropriate treatment, to achieve the greatest degree of protection population health purposes.更多还原
