【摘要】 目的探讨DVT形成的危险因素及滤器保护下治疗DVT的疗效。方法对2003年1月至2006年12月83例下肢DVT病例予滤器保护下溶栓抗凝治疗,对DVT危险因素及疗效进行总结。结果1.病人年龄60岁以上者65.6%;3个月内骨盆或DVT患肢的创伤/骨折占12.0%,有手术史者14.5%,91.6%位于腹盆腔及患肢;有恶性肿瘤史者19.3%,75%位于腹盆腔。2.滤器植入均成功,无移位及穿孔,总有效率98.8%;滤器俘获栓子19例,2例有PE症状,PE发生可能性减少20.5%。结论年龄、创伤/骨折、恶性肿瘤是DVT的重要危险因素;VCFs保护下治疗下肢DVT可有效预防PE。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the contribution of different risk factor to DVT and therapeutic effect of DVT protected by VCFs.Methods 83 patients with DVT of lower limbs protected by VCFs were administered thrombolysis and anticoagulation between January 2003 and December 2006.The effect and risk factors of DVT were analyzed.Results Overall,67.5% was over 60 years old,12.0% had trauma or bone fracture of pelvis and affected limbs,14.5% had history of surgery,19.3% had malignancy(75% located in abdominal or pelvic cavity).Filter insertion was successful in all patients,without displacement and perforation.98.8% was achieved effective treatment.19 thrombus were captured by the filters.Two patients had symptom of PE.The possibility of PE may be decreased by 20.5%.Conclusion Age,malignancy,trauma and bone fracture are significant risk factors of DVT.Treatments under protection of VCFs can prevent PE effectively.更多还原
