【摘要】 目的:调查阿片类依赖者认知能力的改变,并探讨基本认知能力测验的临床应用价值。方法:对42例男性阿片类依赖者和42例男性健康者实施了基本认知能力测验。结果:阿片类依赖组与健康对照组相比,汉字快速比较和无意义图形再认(P<0·05)、数字快速拷贝和双字词再认(P<0·01)、心算效率和数字工作记忆广度(P<0·001)等成绩明显降低。结论:阿片类依赖者认知能力明显受损;基本认知能力测验对评价阿片类依赖者的认知功能有较高的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the changes of opioid dependent patients in cognitive ability and the clinical value of Basic Cognitive Ability Test. Methods:Forty two male opioid dependent patients and 42 male normal subjects (as control) were assessed with Basic Cognitive Ability Test. Results:There was significant difference between the two groups with heroin dependent patients displaying deficits on the mean reaction time of Chinese character and score of meaningless figures recognition (P<0.05),mean reaction time of digit discrimination and score of dual-word recognition (P<0.01), mental arithmetic efficiency and span of digit working memory (P<0.001). Conclusion:There is a basic cognitive ability dysfunction of opioid dependent patients in our objects. Basic Cognitive Ability Test has higher clinical value in evaluating cognition function for heroin dependent patients.更多还原
